I offer you for Massoth, ESU and ZIMO Sounddecoder (here only free sound versions) the possibility of own additional sounds.
The offer is addressed to people who find the creation of their own sounds too complicated.

Ideally you provide me with the desired sound, I will adapt it and either send the new sound file to you or you send your locomotive for reprogramming.
Alternatively, I can also choose the right sound.
