Conversion of a Bachmann C16

Conversion of a Bachmann C16 with the following components:

• ZIMO MX 699KS
• KM-1 Pulsed Smoke Unit
• Relais
• LED red / orange for Boiler fire and ash box

The KM-1 Clock Generator was mounted on an axle. This goes parallel to KM-1 electronics and ZIMO decoder. Only the decoder provides the +5V for the Hall sensor!
The pulsed smoke unit is supplied with track voltage, but has no own address. So switch off by relay.
Boiler fire and ash box fire were realized by red and orange LEDs, which are controlled by the decoder.
If coal is shipped while stationary, the boiler fire flickers too!
The loudspeaker was built into the ash box, the sound is closer to the cylinder.
